HOUSE NEWS!

We accepted an offer on our house yesterday evening!! YAY! Our closing date is October 1st, which means we will officially be in Sugar Land when the baby is due! Please pray that this goes through. I don't find it a coincidence that we have been praying really hard for the past week about it and then BAM we get an offer! The big hiccup that has to be crossed is the appraisal. If the house doesn't appraise for what we are selling house, then the lady buying the house will only get approved for that amount....meaning if it doesn't get appraised for enough we/she has to come up with the difference! This is the concerning part because several foreclosure sold recently for much less than ours which can put a little damper on things. I am fully confident that this is God's timing! Please keep the house in your prays!! Here we come Sugar Land!!
